Vayner was a master class on social. While there, my partner and I ran social media accounts for nine different Diageo brands, with our team focusing heavily on organic content. We collaborated closely with strategy to create calendars and plans, develop platform-specific content with real-time relevance, and nurture a growing community of followers.
The biggest lesson I learned was how responsive social is. There’s a constant cycle of listening and finding out what holds an audience’s attention, then acting on it while moving toward broader brand objectives.
